Diamond Jacks Baseball at the Jack Cust Baseball Academy has become one of the most successful programs in the northeast. Established in 2000 as an elite 18u organization, the program has blossomed into a true baseball school with competitive and developmental baseball teams for all ages and grade levels. We aspire to provide "The Process" it takes to get to the next level in your baseball career through development, education, competition, exposure, and evaluation.

Our alumni list is growing into the hundreds of players who have played at the college level with dozens more going on to professional ranks.

The 2010 class of players have already begun their process of college exposure during the summer and fall through their participation in the New Jersey Super 17, SelectFest Showcase, and selective tournament showcases such as Perfect Game WWBA. Many of these players have already made verbal commitments to colleges with many more planning to do so in the near future.

The Diamond Jacks Academy is a school providing special instruction for the advancement of baseball skills and knowledge. Our belief is that lessons can be learned through baseball which run parallel with the everyday lives of our students and become fundamental building blocks for their growth as productive members of society. Our goal is to help talented student-athletes realize their full potential on and off the field, and give them the best opportunity to play at the next level and achieve their goals.

What we offer is a dedicated and professional coaching staff that provides top-flight instruction and development as well as an education that stems from years of experiences and knowledge not only as players and coaches, but through experiences and relationships with college recruiters and professional scouts.
